Physiotherapy Fees, Rebates & Funding
At The Physio Corner, we aim to make accessing physiotherapy straightforward and transparent. Explore our appointment fees, available rebates and funding options, including private health insurance, Medicare, DVA, TAC and NDIS. Concession rates are also available for eligible patients.

Private Health Insurance
Private health rebates are available for eligible physiotherapy services, with on-the-spot claiming through HICAPS. Rebates depend on your individual health fund and level of cover.
Medicare
Medicare rebates are available for eligible patients with a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan referral.
A gap payment will apply. This is not a bulk billed service.
NDIS
We welcome self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants for eligible physiotherapy services. Please contact us before booking to discuss your needs and funding arrangements.
TAC
Physiotherapy is available for eligible TAC clients recovering from transport-related injuries, subject to TAC funding requirements.

Concession Rates
Reduced consultation fees are available for eligible pensioner and concession card holders. Please mention your concession when booking and bring your valid concession card to your appointment.
Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA)
Eligible DVA Gold and White Card holders can access funded physiotherapy with a valid referral. White Card holders must be receiving treatment for an accepted condition.

No referral is needed for a private physiotherapy appointment. You can book directly online. If your appointment is under a funded scheme, please contact the clinic beforehand to confirm any referral or paperwork requirements.
This depends on your funding arrangement. Private health insurance and Medicare may only cover part of your appointment fee, leaving a gap payment. Please contact us if you're unsure about your expected costs.
Generally, you cannot claim the same physiotherapy service through both Medicare and private health insurance. We can help clarify your payment options before your appointment.
Please bring any relevant referrals, private health insurance cards, concession cards, claim numbers or funding approval details. Medical reports and imaging results may also be helpful.
